Episode 47 of our Oilfield Strong webinar series features special guest Jeremy Bishop, Regional President for Prosperity Bank in Midland. He will discuss trends between banking and the oil and gas industry as well as why senior debt doesn’t love oil and gas anymore. Jeremy learned the banking industry by working in several departments: from scanning and filing loan documents and financials, to underwriting loans, and ultimately becoming a loan officer. After lending for a few years, Jeremy transitioned to more managerial roles: Branch President in 2015; President of the Midland Market in 2017, and in 2021 he was named President.
