In this ever-changing Oil & Gas industry, innovations in technology and design on OTA’s VRU selections are continuously evolving. With our VRU fleets evolving in a technical aspect, there are more affordable & easier ways to obtain your data that your VRU is obtaining in real time. Our line of VRU’s can operate with both Natural Gas & Electric line power. Standard built packages with a basic Murphy VRU Pro panel, but can be upgraded to a Murphy Well Pro 2 or Murphy centurion Panel. Standard packages are SCADA ready and encompass on board logging that can allow the end user access to comprehensive reporting time data logging with comprehensive reporting. All units can also be outfitted as Class 1/ Div 2 units with optional remote mounting of the controller and VFD (electrical driven units).
 

GTO10E: 2 cylinder 10HP, KS20 (compressor)

  • OTA Compression’s standard designed unit comes equipped with non-code scrubber, auto dumping capabilities, a fault timer, ecology rail skid, & red/green operations lights.
  • Comes with either a 10hp or 20hp variable frequency drive (VFD).

 

GTO20E or GTO20EH2S: 4 cylinder 20 HP, KS40 (compressor)

  • This unit comes outfitted with a 20 horsepower electric motor or a 24hp natural gas motor.
  • This compressor can be outfitted with a 2 cylinder, 4 cylinder, or 4 cylinder with a blower package.
  • Comes with either a 20hp or 40hp VFD for electric driven motors.
  • The GTO20EH2S can be built with stainless steel or lined with anti-corrosive material.

 

GTO24NG: 2 cylinder 24HP, KS20

  • This unit has 24.9 horsepower natural gas driven motor (e.g. Kubota) and can be outfitted with a blower package.
  • Optional governor

 

GTO30E: 4 cylinder 30 HP, KS40

  • The Electric driven blower model can move a larger amount of gas with the provided blower package.
  • This unit comes with a 30hp or 60hp VFD.

 

GTO40NG: Certified 3.0L GM Motor, 40HP, KS40

  • This natural gas driven unit runs a certified 3.0L GM motor that is very strong and durable.
  • This unit uses an onboard computer to regulate the gas to the compressor to act like a VFD.
  • No performance testing required – EPA Certified.

 

GTO60E: 60HP, KS40

  • This is an electric driven unit that runs off a 4 cylinder KS40 motor and is great for your medium to higher range applications.
  • This unit uses a 60hp VFD.

 

GTO75E or GTO75NG: 75HP, Sertco 150 (compressor)

  • The electric driven unit uses a 75hp electric motor with a Sertco compressor and a 75hp VFD.
  • The natural gas model uses a certified 5.7L GM motor to power a Sertco (or low pressure Sertco 350) compressor.
  • Both drives are adaptable to H2S applications.
  • No performance testing required – EPA Certified.

 

GTO125E or GTO125NG: 125HP, Sertco 350 (compressor)

  • The electric driven unit uses a 125hp motor with a Sertco 350 compressor and a 125hp VFD.
  • The natural gas model uses either a non-certified 8.1L GM motor or a certified 8.8L GM motor to power a Sertco 350 Compressor (low/high pressure options).
  • Both drives are adaptable to H2S applications.
  • No performance testing required – EPA Certified.

 
All OTA’s units can be outfitted with a coded or non-coded scrubber, auto dumping capabilities, data logger (to record pertinent performance and regulatory information), ecology rail skid, & red/green operations
