OTA offers 2 types of Operational Efficiency (OE) Reports for our customers to inform them of how their equipment is functioning and how efficiently it is performing.
These reports include a VRU (Vapor Recovery Unit) Report and a VCU (Vapor Combustor Unit) Report.
We can schedule these reports monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually based on our customer’s preference.
These OE Reports include specific information such as:
- The number of units in the fleet
- The number of PM’s completed for the month
- The number of PM records
The reports can also include:
- Summary of Unit Performance
- Key Performance Metrics
- High Operational Efficiency Units Trend
- Sales Gas Value Analysis
- Fault Time Hours per day
Detailed readings of the VRU units include:
- Runtime hours
- Fault time
- Standby time hours
- Operational efficiency
- Calculated flow rates using a flow approximation formula
If a unit has an operating efficiency of less than 70%, we identify it and provide additional information related to the specific situation.
